The general HR Database gives access to over 30,000 UK Generalist HR contacts. All of the contacts contain full details including named email, telephone and postal.

This database is the bedrock for many of our clients marketing campaigns and is frequently used in a mix with one of the others available. These contacts are, at the very least, influencers in most decisions and will have responsibility for all areas in smaller organisations.

Out of the 30,000 available over 75% are at director and manager level. Of these we see an even split between manager and director level as is expected with manager being the most senior position within some smaller organisations HR teams.
