Our Research Process

Firms are not charged to appear in any of our publications and entry is by invitation of the Editors. We strive to capture all the leading players in the market focusing exclusively at the most senior management levels commonly known as 'talent pools'.  As size is not a measure of influence in the talent management industry, firms included in our publications range from boutiques, generalists and also include all the large international networks of consulting firms. We pressure test the claims each firm makes, simply providing the reader with the facts on each firm and its consultants. Therefore allowing the reader to make a judgment call based on a firm's track record and capabilities.
